About India
I am a second-year university student who has lived in Copenhagen, Bangkok, and now, London. I know it can be difficult to find a Danish tutor who both speaks and understands the grammatical rules of language while also incorporating Danish culture into the lessons. Having lived in Copenhagen for 14 years and having family and friends there, I think the culture is a big part of the language and something I like to include where possible in the lessons.
I also know how intimidating it can feel having a tutor for the first time, but I really want to support you in any way I can. Improving skills is a journey that don't happen overnight, but with practice you improve and grow.
I'm very friendly and down to earth, and I emphasise making students feel comfortable in their own skills so that they feel capable of improving. My approach is very constructive and I focus on points of success and improvement to build a toolkit for people to use in future language learning/essay writing.

I offer lessons varying in duration from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the person's needs. I place a strong emphasis on understanding in my lessons as understanding is more powerful than memorisation.
In the past, I have tutored kids ranging from age 5-12 but I also have advanced essay-writing skills. I like using creative techniques and visuals including drawing and mind-mapping particularly for younger children to engage them and give them something to look forward to.
I am adaptable and able to use materials that the person already has access to, but I also have access to resources targeting specific areas (reading comprehension, grammar, essay-writing, vocabulary, etc.).
