About Glady
I love helping and teaching people, mostly if it's about my culture. I am 3rd generation seamstress by profession. But love sharing my language, culture, food recipes, and traditions to people. I have experience teaching through working at church as a Sunday school teacher since 1999 until present. I also teach sewing class at the library 2x a month for a homeschool group. I have interpreted for certain friends when they need me to communicate in Tagalog at stores and reading materials

I was born and raised in the Philippines but lives here in Chesapeake Virginia. I learned to speak, read and write in Tagalog from Grade school to college. I also enjoy reading some Tagalog literature particularly Our history books. I can help you not only learn the language but also culture. I think Tagalog is the next language to be popular all over the world because of Filipino food craze on social media, Filipino culture popularity and also Filipino influencers on the internet
