About Birka
I was born and raised in Germany. I graduated with my Abitur and completed a two year training program to become a "Industriekauffrau" (Industrial Manager). I moved to the USA 21 years ago and I have a BA in Art with a double major in Psychology and Business. In addition, I have worked as an ABA Impelentor with children with Autism for 12 years. I am married and have two daughters, ages 13 and 10.

I'm a native German speaker. I was born and raised in Germany. I have my Abitur and Ausbildung. I teach anyone from young children to young adults to adults to older adults. I like to incorporate games, books and follows the lesson plans given by school. I also like to teach about German traditions and holidays. In addition I help my students get ready for their exams and I like to help planning trips to Germany.
