About Christiane
Christiane has lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota for over twenty years but travels home to Germany about twice a year. All my family is still in Germany, so I both like to visit them and also chat on the phone - all in German of course. While I have strong ties to my native country, I also am firmly established in the US and in fact have a Masters degree in counseling - so my written English is quite perfect. In fact, my friends often joke that I am typically German because I tend to correct their English...
