About Vilsaint
My name is Vilsaint a native Haitian Creole speaker born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, with fluent English and French.
Unlike most Haitian Creole tutors who teach from abroad, I live in Haiti. That means every lesson comes with real, current, everyday Creole — the expressions, the rhythm, the culture — exactly as it's spoken on the streets of Port-au-Prince today.
I have worked alongside international NGOs as a field interpreter, taught Haitian Creole to English speakers on Preply, and currently volunteer as an interpreter for humanitarian organizations through Tarjimly. Teaching languages is not just what I do — it's what I live every day.
My lessons are relaxed, practical, and built around you. Whether you need survival phrases before a trip to Haiti, medical vocabulary for your work, or you simply want to connect with Haitian culture — I will get you speaking confidently from your very first lesson.
