I have been learning Japanese since January last year and have absolutely loved learning with Yuko! I have progressed so much further than I thought I'd be at this stage and Yuko caters the lessons to me and what she knows will be a great step forward to helping me learn the language more easily. Not only does she teach me a casual and natural way of speaking, we learn topics that I am interested in and will most likely chat about lots with other Japanese speakers. I recommend Yuko whole-heartedly because she is such a lovely and kind person and a fantastic teacher!

Yuko is a very friendly and reliable teacher and I have now been learning Japanese with her for 9 months. I would highly recommend her lessons to anyone interested in learning the language.

From the very first lesson, Yuko not only taught me how to speak basic phrases, she taught me how to construct my own basic sentences so we could engage in Japanese during the first lesson.

She also explains Japanese grammar so that it is really easy to understand and apply! She has also taught me how to read hirigana and katakana by providing sentences for me to translate and is willing to tailor each lesson to my preference so I can gain the most out of it.

Whenever we come across a point that I am not confident with, she is happy to go over the point again so that I do not fall behind during the lesson and so that I can fully absorb the language.

Overall I would highly recommend Yuko's lessons to anyone wanting to learn the language, you won't be disappointed!
