About Camilla
I was born and raised in Brazil, where I formally learned English as a second language and started teaching it professionally as soon as left school. I then started a career in Finance, blended with Training, which brought me to the UK nearly six years ago.
I love my native language, Portuguese, and am passionate about teaching it, especially knowing how challenging it can be to learn a second language.

Lessons are tailored to the student's learning needs and objectives whilst focusing in the development of their familiarity with the Portuguese language.
The classes do not follow theory only as I believe students need to be given plenty of opportunities to practice conversational and written skills and build their confidence when expressing themselves in a new language. My main focus is to support students through their journey exploring a new language.
