About Dayanne
I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with a background in Communication and Journalism, and I genuinely believe that learning a language is about connection, not perfection.
I approach teaching with patience, care and attention to detail, creating a calm and welcoming space where students feel comfortable to learn and express themselves.
I love reading, listening to music and watching the sunset, moments that remind me to slow down, observe and appreciate His creation.
These same values guide my teaching style. I pay close attention to each student’s pace, needs and goals, and I believe that small details make a big difference in building confidence and consistency when learning a new language.
I am naturally communicative, organized and reliable, and I take my responsibility as a tutor seriously.
My goal is not only to teach Portuguese, but to help students feel confident, motivated and supported throughout their learning journey, making the process both meaningful and enjoyable.

My lessons are dynamic, personalized and focused on real communication. I adapt my teaching approach to each student’s goals, whether learning Portuguese for travel, work, study or conversation. Classes combine speaking, listening, reading and basic grammar, always with practical examples and everyday vocabulary.
I use a communicative methodology, encouraging students to speak from the first lesson while building confidence and accuracy gradually. I also incorporate cultural context to make learning more engaging and natural.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted according to the student’s needs and availability.
I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with a degree in Journalism and Communication, strong teaching and communication skills, and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate learners, including adults, students and professionals who want to improve their Portuguese in a supportive and structured environment.
