About Ineka
I am a teacher from the United States with 20+ years of experience. I have a Master’s Degree in Education with a TEFL certification as well as TESOL, GLAD, and SIO, all advanced trainings for teaching English to non native speakers. I’ve taught in public schools for 13 years, as a tutor for five, and am now overseas teaching English to international students.

I teach English through supported conversation. Speaking, listening, and using the language for communication is how native speakers learned their language. I teach grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation as it comes up in conversation. When a student makes an error, that teaches me exactly what a student needs to learn. I teach that, exactly what is needed and exactly when it’s needed. I give homework, if it’s desired, that supports this.
