About Alisa
Hi! I’m Alisa, and I believe learning a language should feel natural, interesting, and motivating. I create a relaxed atmosphere where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without pressure.
I enjoy getting to know my students and finding topics that make lessons more engaging. Whether you want to understand Ukrainian culture, communicate with Ukrainian-speaking friends, travel, or simply discover a new language, I’ll help make Ukrainian a language you genuinely enjoy learning.
My goal is not only to teach you Ukrainian, but also to help you feel comfortable and confident using it in everyday life.

My teaching approach is friendly, supportive, and focused on practical communication. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, goals, and interests, using conversation, vocabulary, grammar exercises, and everyday Ukrainian situations.
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation and review of previous material, followed by new vocabulary or grammar. We then practice through exercises and speaking activities, finishing with a short recap and useful homework.
