About Neelam
I am Native Hindi language teacher with strong experience in teaching school/college/foreign nationals/NRIs in Gurugram / New Delhi localities on one-to-one/group classes on face to face/online basis. My objective is to better facilitate learners (all levels) in learning Hindi language by developing teaching skills while creating challenging and fun learning environments for learners.
My education: M.A(Hindi) from Rajasthan University (India);B.Ed with specialization in Hindi Language from Regional College of Education, Ajmer, Rajasthan (India)
Experience: Over 25 years experience till today as Professional Native Hindi Language Teacher operating in all localities of Gurugram and New Delhi teaching Hindi Language for all Boards/Levels/Classes. Basic,
Intermediate, Advance level Native Hindi Language Teaching Course to Non-Hindi Speaking Foreign &

My lessons are personalized with attention to particular objectives of each individual learner.
As an educator, I employ accurate teaching methods necessary for learning grammatical structure, phonetics, conversation, reading, writing and comprehension. In my private tutoring sessions, I work closely with the learner and quickly determine areas needed for improvement in Hindi. I have developed my own individual-based integrated linguistic approach. Each student is worked with on an individual basis and the teaching strategies are adapted to their specific needs and learning ability.
Special attention is given to the personality of the student, individual cultural needs and lifestyle, depending considerably on the country of origin. Efficient language skills are imparted in an informal, easy manner to help maximize interest and speed during the learning process, making language learning a pleasure, not a burden. Tutoring hours are flexible and set with the learners. I offer face-to-face lessons on all days Monday through Sunday from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm at the learner's home, office or common venue as mutually decided. Also I give online lessons via Internet. Preliminary assessment during first lesson-cum-discussion session gives the RIGHT ORIENTATION matching the individual learner’s needs. I recommend two to three sessions per week of one to one and a half hours duration for regular long-term courses. In case of intensive time bound short-term courses I recommend two to two and a half hours each session daily i.e. fifteen to twenty hours a week. Each session begins with a review to assess the achievement of the last class before moving on to new lesson. I work with learners to determine their needs and gear up tutoring accordingly.
