About Elspeth
I have a genuine love and enthusiasm for the creative world and love sharing my knowledge and excitement with students. As I am only 24 years old I am not that much different then yourselves however experiencing life as a foundation, BA and now professional actor in such a short period of time has enabled me to learn, create and apply my own successful techniques.
I have a desire to make a difference: to create a safe environment for students to take chances, step out of their comfort zone and allow themselves to be wrong. To be wrong is the most incredible and fulfilling thing you will ever do and something I encourage when teaching.

My typical length of a lesson will be 1-2 hours, including multiple breaks and down time to allow the information to be absorbed. Imagery, physicality and analogies are a big part of my technique and I always encourage to have colours/ highlighters on had to make your work as vibrant and exciting as possible. My qualifications include both foundation and bachelors degree in Acting. I teach from ages 14 GCSE level and above.
