When we realised that our daughter was being taught GCSE Latin at school by a teacher not qualified in Latin, and her grades had dropped dramatically just months before the exam, we contacted Nick. From January to June (2014) Nick provided 1:1 tuition; our daughter went from a D to an A grade in the final exam. We can't rate him highly enough.

Nick provided one hour a week tuition to my son who was studying gcse Latin. My son was overwhelmed, anxious he would fail and frankly struggling. I witnessed first hand a marked improvement almost as soon as the tuition began. Nick was able to explain things in a way that made sense and provide some clear structure to his study time. My son did achieve a very respectable grade at GCSE
this would not have been possible without the one to one support and direction he got from Nick.

Nick taught our daughter GCSE Latin from January 2015. Within a short space of time, her grade shot up from a D in her mock examination to an astounding A* in her recent GCSE exam results. This incredible uplift of results warrants Nick praise beyond measure ! Nick is highly skilled and passionate about his own teaching and is adept at building confidence in his students. Without any shadow of a doubt I would highly recommend him as a language teacher.

Nick is highly skilled and professional, patient, caring and adaptable, and above all, absolutely dedicated to making a positive and meaningful contribution to my son's education and development as a person. The IB French and Spanish course is a rewarding but incredibly hard path for any person to embark on and frankly, without Nick, we would not be where we are now. For that, I cannot thank him enough.

Nick has been a godsend ! He greatly improved our daughter's ability and confidence in AS Spanish and patiently supported and developed her use and understanding of the language. All the hard work paid off, and in August we were absolutely delighted with our daughter's AS result.
