About Ruby
I am a fun, out if the box, African hippy if you'd like to call it that, who loves expressing myself and seeing or hearing others express themselves however they want, whether through their hair, clothes, talent, any way one can possibly think of. I am also a Ballroom and Latin dancer and have been sharing my knowledge of dance for the past 13 years. This was where I first realised my love for the exchange of knowledge. One can only ever grow from it. And yes, i use dance in a lot of my examples when teaching.

My lessons are determined by my students and their individual needs. As Afrikaans has a different manner of sentence construction it is always fun to have learners try to translate directly from their language of choice (I speak several other South African languages) to Afrikaans and then tell them what their translation actually meant compared to what they were actually trying to say.
