About Rus
Hi everyone. My name is Rus and I am the founder of Paramita – Himalayan Qigong school in Rishikesh, India. I am very passionate to share what I am practicing by myself for the last decade.
It is a unique synthesis of Yoga and internal martial arts, such as Qigong and Tai Chi as well as other practices and methods which I have learned from the great masters around the world. The simple and fluid movement which I am teaching is accessible for any age and level.
We are not only moving, but we are touching our every cell of the body, so they will feel joyful and happy along with us.

I offer different classes online, the same as I am teaching offline in Rishikesh. Usually, I am teaching for 1,5 hours, but for private, you can choose any duration according to your availability. You can choose between classical Qigong, Himalayan Qigong, Tai Chi Shibashi and Chi Yoga flow. In general, all the classes are interconnected, so I suggest if you try all of them. If you want to try just one first, please, kindly talk to me to find out what is more suitable for you.
No matter which class you interesting to join, in the beginning, I am usually giving some theory to understand the subject and today’s topic. The second part of the class is a gentle warm-up and moisturizing the joints. The next part is our main routine: we will learn some movement, which I call “qigong choreography”. In the pre-last part of the class, I will not talk, but I will put the music louder and we will repeat the movements we have learned by going deeper into the meditative state. And in the very last part of the class, we will settle down the energy and release all unnecessary tensions from the body.
My classes are intended for anyone from 12 to 120 years old. If you can move and breathe, then you can join my class. I have experience with different students, from the very beginners to professional martial artists.
