About Haifa
With a bachelor's degree in psychology and ongoing studies in nutrition, I've come to recognize the profound interconnection between these two disciplines, realizing their paramount importance in fostering holistic well-being. My passion for working with people and extending a helping hand is the driving force behind my tutoring endeavors. Having tutored individuals of diverse ages, I appreciate that each person possesses a unique learning style, necessitating adaptable teaching methods tailored to their individual needs. I work 1:1 (virtually) through any platform the student/ client is comfortable with! (Whatsap, zoom, FaceTime etc.). All lessons are customised to what the student feel they need help with (We will discuss in advance a topic area of interest). Each lesson can be in continuation from the previous one, or new topics can be picked each week.
I tailor one-to-one classes to cater to varying goals, whether it be personal lifestyle enhancement or academic study, creating a customized learning experience. I Emphasize practical application alongside theoretical knowledge, creating a deeper understanding and encouraging sustainable behavioral changes. I provide evidence-based insights, and offer ongoing support and guidance, to empower individuals to make informed choices regarding their nutrition and overall well-being, ultimately guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle.
