About Teddy
I compeleted both my Bachelor degree in (Nutrition with wellness) & recently Master degree in ( Clinical exercise science), i have previous working experince working in hospital & community setting. At the same time, i manage facebook page and do health education through talk, live sharing and etc
During my master attachement, i combined both my nutrition and exercise knowledge and successfully helped my obese patient achieved safe weigh loss and better metabolic health ( significant improvement in blood sugar profile)

I explain, and turn hard concepts simple and understandable, i love story telling and infographic methods , ultimately my teaching formula is mindset +tool+application
I don't teach about specific food and tell you how a superfood they are, i instead teach what you need to know, set of knowledge that you can use for lifelong
I can do both mandarin and english for lesson/consultation
