Ukelele and beyond! Agus structures his lessons with key agility drills and theory, and he tailors his instruction to your choice of music from the start. You will solve any difficulties under his guidance, such as chord transitions and singing and playing at the same time! He is adept at using online tools and he has taught the basics of Garage Band, to train you to keep to tempo, listen to yourself and be able to play with others. Lessons are approached with humour yet Agus maintains a formality to achieve the objective. In common with other great teachers, while keeping you interested in learning, he pushes you further than your initial goals. You thought ukulele was for your own fun, but now you are also on the way to being a performing musician!

I've been taking lessons online with Agus since lockdown began in March 2020. I first started with the uke but, following Agus's recommendation, have moved on to the guitar.

I'm actually a specialist in online education and, as such, I've been very impressed at how Agus conducts his virtual lessons. I've learned a ton, thanks to his adept use of digital applications in his teaching.

In addition, Agus tailors our lessons to my personal musical taste, poses challenges for me to keep me progressing outside of my "comfort zone," and knows how to teach in a fun and entertaining way. The time flies whenever we have a lesson.

Agus is a great teacher! I have learned cool songs, the lessons are entertaining (I do online lessons) and he is quite flexible with the times, totally recommended!
