I teach real, spoken Spanish that you can actually use in real-life situations! (as well as “textbook” Spanish, both are important!)
To start, I’ll begin with a brief introduction about myself. I will ask WHY you want to learn Spanish because this will help me tailor my lessons so that you can achieve your goals.
I have prepared presentations with written notes so you gain reading/writing/listening skills. Through this you will gain textbook knowledge, and since I will encourage speaking, you will gain speaking practice with me.
I like to structure my lessons by beginning with a presentation of the topic/theme, followed by illustrations to see relevant examples, in addition to oral practice questions to reinforce the lessons, and finish with oral practice to end the lesson. And of course, you may ask questions at any time!
