About Olivia
I have been teaching Yoga for 4 years and I specialize in breath work and meditation. I have taught at the Reily Center, Yoga Spa NYC, and A Room at the Beach in the Hamptons. I love sharing my practice with others as I wholeheartedly believe in the life changing mind-body benefits of Yoga.

I always start class by asking students about their experience with Yoga and if they have had any injuries, as well as if there's any specific places with tension they are looking to release, or poses they want to be able to do. This allows me to structure class to cater to the individual's in the room (or on the screen) so that they are most fully experiencing the benefits of Yoga. I teach every class so that a beginner and advanced practitioner would feel both comfortable and challenged.
