About Emine
As an English teacher I have been teaching English language teaching for over 10 years. I am also a certified NT2 teacher. I also gave lessons in Dutch for five years at a HAVO / VWO school and a VMBO school with the method New Dutch. My quality is in strengthening the basics of the language and in learning a way to increase your language level. In my lessons a lot is spoken, either in the English language for English tutoring or in the Dutch language for NT2. I have a lot of patience in explaining the material and am willing to explain it often if necessary. If necessary, I also look for other ways to make the explanation clear. If you tell me what you want to work on, I will make a plan for you. We then go through this. If you like it, we can get started.

My teaching method varies. For example a short story that has to do with the curriculum to activate any prior knowledge, a news fragment from Newsround or a quiz. I think communication is important in learning a language. I know from experience that you have to use newly learned words in different ways to be able to remember them better.
