About Archita
I'm a certified yoga/meditation teacher from Mumbai, India. I conduct both individual and group classes online
(RYT 200 and RYT 500 hours/ Yoga Alliance Affiliated) I have been a yoga practitioner for 6 years and have been a teacher for over 3 years. I am Company Secretary and Law by qualification, yet I chose a full time career in yoga.
Being a content creator, I write blogs and make videos for my YouTube Channel.

I teach Hatha Yoga as well as Vinyasa/ yoga flows. I am experienced in therapeutic yoga and handling conditions like diabetes, PCOD, hypertension, orthopedic problems, pregnancy etc. I focus on linking the yoga poses with the breath, to ensure complete awareness and mindfulness. My sessions include pranayam and meditations too.

I had been trying to do Yoga myself following YouTube videos since a while before I decided to train with Archita. It’s a world of difference. I have struggled with staying motivated and have been dealing with stress, anxiety. Regular Yoga with Archita has helped me become much calmer and stay motivated on my daily activities. Besides the mental benefits, I feel more active and flexible with every class. I love her flow of asanas and how she clarifies all your doubts, considers your pace and progress while training you. Join her to grow stronger, healthier mentally and physically.
I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but Archita is a dedicated, skillful and knowledgeable yoga teacher. She goes at a slower pace and keeps nice flow.
I got everything I needed. A little bit of workout to break some swet, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end.
