About Joan
My name is Joann, I am a qualified life coach for almost Eight years. I have coached numerous students and adults in high school, youth centres and private lessons. I have worked in education for over sixteen years both as a Youth and Community worker and a Learning Support Assistant. My passion to become a qualified Life coach arose from the love of always helping others to overcome obstacles and create future goals. I have good communication and listening skills that have helped to empower, inspire and educate others In many good ways. My hobbies and interests are going to the gym, swimming, reading, travelling, family life and learning new cultures.

My lessons are for students from the age of Twelve and upwards and at any Level. In my Lessons I help to empower, identify and enable person to achieve their goals and aspirations. This aim is to achieve the things in what they want to get out of life and to make a difference. I use a range of Coaching tools and techniques, through questions, answers and exercises, which will help to motivate growth, development, confidence, and empowerment. Together we will explore how to make positive change in your life by focusing on your strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes. Each lesson will differ as I will use different Model styles, which is an effective framework to enable students to work towards identifying, setting and achieving their goals. I will carry out an action plan that will consist of Objectives and tasks. I will also incorporate fun activities to bring out the best in each student and to keep you engaged.
