About Luciana
I use methodology focused on the student. Planning consists of balancing the technical objectives with classical studies and musical repertoire. However, for better use, the student must have proficiency at elementary solfege and daily study availability of at least 120 minutes for the instrument.

I am a violist, I love classical music and I love to teach my instrument. I was born in Belo Horizonte and I began my formal studies in 1998. Shortly afterward I worked under the guidance of Dr. Carlos Aleixo dos Reis. I was also oriented in performance by Prof. Thurzó Sándor József and Dr. Jorge Richter and took part in several workshops in strings pedagogy. I worked as a viola teacher at the Conservatory of the historic city of São João del Rei in 2004. I interrupted this position in 2006 to act as a violist at the Espírito Santo Symphony Orchestra until 2014. I have been a teacher at the Espírito Santo Music School since 2007.
