About Lucy
Hi, I'm Lucy! After experiencing firsthand how yoga can transform mental health, I became inspired to share this powerful practice with others. In 2021, I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), excited to help people find balance in today’s fast-paced world. I then deepened my practice and knowledge by completing my 300HR YTT in Sri Lanka in January 2024.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I would love the opportunity to guide you through a class. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space for you to connect with your body and mind, helping you cultivate calm, clarity, and a deeper sense of well-being.

I offer a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or improve mobility, my classes are designed to help you feel more balanced and connected.
Each class lasts 1 hour and is available for both group and private sessions. My classes focus on reducing stress, anxiety, and muscle tension, leaving you feeling relaxed, grounded, and empowered.
I'd love to guide you through a practice that supports your physical and mental well-being.
