I have been tutoring French and Spanish for thirteen years, and see at least one grade increase with my tutees (who are sitting retakes). As a teacher I have an 80% grade 9 track record at GCSE, and 60% A* at A-level. After five years of working in Advertising before training teach, my lessons are creative and fun; whilst strategically reinforcing prior learning, building confidence and interleaving new learning. I enjoy working with students who have additional needs, and opening up the world through the lens of language to those who may be overlooked in class. I also enjoy working with the most able students and using my extensive subject knowledge to engage them. Up to now I have worked purely on word of mouth but I am looking to expand.
