Also, Twelve years dance experience, ranging from; tap, modern, ballet, contemporary and a variety of contemporary techniques through achieving a BA hons Dance degree

I truly believe that dance and music are a form of therapy, on a personal level especially, a way to bring everyone together, with no judgement, a sense of community and guides smart thinking. The mindfulness I receive from performing and creating really induces my inner ability to express myself and inspire people and I want to offer my intricate understanding of music and dance to others all over.
