About Saashmita

Hi, I’m Saashmita, a passionate and approachable tutor with a background in Science, Nutrition, and Community Health. I enjoy helping others understand new concepts by breaking down difficult topics into simple, easy-to-follow explanations.

Throughout my academic and professional journey as a Senior Nutritionist, I have developed strong communication skills and gained experience educating people from different backgrounds. I believe that learning becomes more enjoyable when students feel supported, encouraged, and confident in their abilities.

I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and helping students grow. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, improve their understanding, and develop the confidence they need to succeed.

I believe effective tutoring is not just about teaching a subject, but about understanding the student behind the learning process. Every student has different strengths, challenges, and ways of absorbing information, so I personalise my lessons to match their individual needs and learning pace.

My approach focuses on making lessons clear, engaging, and encouraging. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, guided practice, and interactive discussions to help students truly understand concepts instead of memorising them. I also provide continuous support and constructive feedback to help students improve their confidence and motivation.

As your tutor, my goal is to make learning less stressful and more enjoyable while helping you achieve your academic goals. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, overcome difficulties, and develop the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.
