About Lamiz
I’m a dedicated strength coach specialising in helping women build confidence and feel comfortable in the gym. I understand how intimidating fitness spaces can feel at the beginning, which is why my coaching focuses on creating a supportive, judgement-free environment where you can learn and progress at your own pace.
With experience coaching beginner to intermediate clients, I’ve helped women go from feeling unsure and inconsistent to becoming stronger, more confident, and in control of their training. My approach is structured, realistic, and designed to fit around a busy lifestyle — so you can get results without it taking over your life.
I’m committed to providing a professional and personalised service, whether we’re working together online or in person. You can expect clear guidance, ongoing support, and a coach who genuinely cares about your progress.

My coaching focuses on helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency in a simple and supportive way. I break things down clearly, teach proper form, and create structured workouts that fit your lifestyle, no overwhelm, just progress.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes. In in-person sessions, I provide hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and help you feel comfortable using the gym. For online coaching, you’ll get personalised workouts, video support, and ongoing accountability.
I work mainly with beginner to intermediate women, especially those who feel unsure in the gym, are getting back into fitness, or struggle to stay consistent with a busy schedule.
My goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and in control of your training.
