About Eneas
I am a former special operations military, national champion of Karate-Do Goju Ryu in 2005 and 2006, national champion of wrestling in 2011 and national runner-up in military wrestling in 2010, personal defense instructor, CAC Close Combat instructor, physical trainer in combat sports and certified Personal Trainer.

The first thing is to see the combat level of the student, which can be basic, intermediate or advanced, as well as the physical capacities. From there, a plan will be addressed. Then, the idea is to explain the fundamentals of the defensive system and, from there, start with the classes. The class begins with a good warm-up, depending on the tasks to be done that day. The bulk of the class divided into two: a technical part and a physical part, addressing the HIIT system depending on the day. Finally a good cool down. Some days, with a longer class, work on flexibility and relaxation. In turn, whoever wants to, can train only the physical aspect, addressing the defense part in a very brief way.
