About Rohan
Hi, I’m Rohan — a personal fitness coach with hands-on experience helping people improve their fitness in a simple and sustainable way. I’ve worked with clients across different fitness levels, including beginners, working professionals, senior citizens and individuals looking to lose weight, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies.
I focus on practical training methods that fit into your lifestyle — without extreme dieting or complicated routines. I also have experience assisting clients with specific needs like improving stamina, mobility, and training safely around injuries.
