I am a personal trainer based in the Brisbane Southside. I train people at Springwood Goodlife and at home. I hold a cert 3 and 4 in fitness, I am NDIS registered and my background is in martial arts.

About George
I am a qualified Personal Trainer currently working with Goodlife at their Springwood location and Weflex. With Weflex, I work closely with NDIS clients to achieve their goals in accordance with their needs. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients both at the gym and at their homes. When I am not working, I am teaching and training myself in karate where I have achieved my second black belt. I teach students of all ages and skill levels to achieve their goals.

Each person is different so I cater my approaches from client to client based on their needs. I have taught martial arts most of my adult life so far. My lessons have a duration of 45 minutes and 1 hour and are catered to people of all ages and backgrounds. The first session will be us getting to know each other and getting to know where our fitness levels are before developing a plan to achieve our goals.
