About Sheroy
I'm a fitness freak, athletic in nature and filled with energy.
Over the years I've come to find that regular and consistent exercise is a *magic pill* for overall health and wellbeing.
Look good , feel good!
I personally train at the gym myself along with occasional cardio.
I was a professional field hockey player and have learnt so much from my career in that feild.
I have found that people benefit from the advice that I provide them with and thus have decide to officially share my knowledge.
I am a very friendly, social, patient and empathetic trainer.

Will provide personalized training programs for people in alignment with thier goals and objectives.
Time available for exercise will be kept in mind and a suitable yet productive and effective routine will be established.
Constant support, encouragement, validation and progress reports will be organized.
Doubts and queries regarding exercise routines will be personally dealt with in detail.
Medical reports or conditions will be taken into account when forming the routine and finalizing the aim along with its time horizon.
Specific diet and nutrition advice will also be provided in accordance with the client's goal, time horizon, medical conditions, environment and availablity resources.
