As someone who has struggled with excess weight, I know that every small step counts towards developing a stronger character, so let's do our best and gradually leave the excuses behind. We are unique and each case requires different attention; our sessions/classes will be about getting to know each other better and helping me create the right training plan for you. Future classes will serve as a way for you to give me feedback on your progress, and in this way we can continue to update your training plan. This training plan will include explanations of the exercises, their purpose, and terms used in the gym. We won't complicate things, you'll also learn how to train!
One day at a time, a better version, your journey.
The content of my sessions, including videos, materials, and training instructions, is intended exclusively for educational and physical guidance purposes, and for adults who do not have any pathology. It does not replace medical evaluation or in-person monitoring. In case of pathology, consult a healthcare professional.
