I’m Tom, a qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience in coaching and sports. Working in Community Football Coaching, I’ve worked with children and adults of all abilities, tailoring sessions to meet their unique needs. I bring over 18 months of coaching experience with young athletes and a background in leadership. I’m also passionate about creating inclusive fitness spaces, especially for underrepresented groups, such as the LGBTQ+ community.
