About Gio Eme
I am Giorgina. Personal trainer and weight loss coach exclusively for women, 35 year old mom, lover of good food, and most importantly, EX-CHUBBY.
I help women achieve their goal through healthy habits, either with exercise, as with a healthy but flexible diet, so you don't feel hungry and can continue eating everything you like.
If you live in Malaga city, Torremolinos, Benalmádena or Fuengirola we can train at your home with my equipment, and achieve gym results by training in your own home.
I speak Spanish and I have a C1 level in English.

Do you want to lose weight and you are not convinced by the idea of going to a gym? I will help you to perform correctly from the most basic movements and achieve your weight loss goals.

The workouts are individual and for groups of up to 4 people, and I will provide you with a well detailed workout routine on an app, so you can also exercise on your own, whenever you feel like it.
