About Emilia
I’ve been a rhythmic gymnast since I was 4 years old. I’ve been competing nationally and internationally. Sport defines who I am. Due to injuries I had to retire but my desire for sport is stronger than ever before. I often see a younger myself in athletes and my clients - not happy with their outcome no matter how hard they work. I want to change that and teach my clients how to become a better version of themselves. Since I remember I was always surrounded by sport - swimming, ballet, gymnastics, sports classes. And what I learned is 1. Sport doesn't have an age and 2. In sport there are no miracles, there is only hard work. And this is what I stand by, you will see results if you work hard. I can't train professionally anymore, but I enjoy keeping my body fit and healthy.

As a former high-level gymnast my goal is to make my clients better and stronger mentally and physically! I want my clients to feel confident and proud of themselves. Sport defines who I am and I want to share my love and passion with everyone. Everyone is different, some people want to be pushed and that's what motivates them, but others prefer to have a calm session, and that is totally fine! I want my clients to feel comfortable around me and I want them to know that they can count on me. As a personal trainer I have many clients at different ages, genders and abilities and I always aim to get a strong connection with them and to achieve their goals!
