About Jake
I worked as a group fitness trainer in a gym where each day would be a different intensity (Endurance, Hypertrophy, and Power). I also worked in more private settings helping others lose/gain weight, build muscle, and increase their strength. As for myself I have built muscle, and strength for myself, gone through many injuries that I had to build back up from and recovered all on my own.
