My goal is to help people build a strong foundation that will build their confidence, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injuries both in sports and everyday activities.
I am passionate about helping people grow, stay healthy, and learn training habits that will benefit them for years to come. I look forward to working with you!
* Currently a personal trainer for young athletes
* Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science
* 8 years of competitive wrestling experience
* 3× State Qualifier and National Qualifier
* Current Chiropractic student
