I'm Hiba, a university student with 5+ years of consistent strength-training experience. I enjoy helping beginners feel more confident in the gym, understand proper exercise technique, and build routines they can actually stick to. I take a friendly, patient approach and focus on consistency, accountability, and sustainable progress.

My sessions focus on helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency. We’ll create workouts around your goals and experience, while working on proper form, exercise technique, and progressive overload.
Most sessions are online, with guidance, personalized workouts, and accountability to help you stay consistent. I’m also open to in-person sessions if you’re nearby.
My goal is to help you understand your training and eventually feel confident working out independently.
