About Harry
I am an undergraduate student studying mathematics at Sussex University. Yes, I am still quite young (22); however, I am very knowledgeable about muscle building and weight loss as I spend my free term expanding my knowledge on the subject as well as working out myself for the last 5 years. I have a lot of patience for people and have helped a few of my friends start their own gym journey and make amazing transformations. The gym is my biggest passion and being able to encourage people to better themselves and help them along the way would be a dream.

I am very patient and love all things gym related. Typically an hour-long session as you don't really need to be in the gym longer. Open to all levels and ages, I will simply guide you through your workouts and make plans for you to help you reach your goals, making sure all the steps along the way are done as best we can. Despite not having any qualifications for personal training, I am self-taught and have 5 years of experience weightlifting as well as keeping up to date with the latest studies on muscle building and weight loss.
