About Nicolas
Well, my true love is in learning about myself and growing as a person, and then finding creative ways through meditation, mentorship, and self discovery sessions to help other people to do the same. I spent the last year and a half on a very focused journey to help myself learn and grow away from old patterns and behaviours, and I recently learned that turning inward can lead to burnout just as well as working in the outer world. But, once we see the pattern, we can than learn to dissolve it.
From there, life is getting easier. It's no longer the uphill struggle, and the synchronicities and beautiful moments in life are just easier to observe.

Movement, meditation, and mindfulness. Pick one, or all of the above for an integrated session of self discovery.
Bringing my Yoga teacher training, somatic experiencing, and deep inner work to movement sessions, or bringing experience in shadow work and inner child healing to guided meditation sessions.
The first session is about getting to know if we're a good fit. If my cadance or terminology or what not doesn't fit, you won't be able to easily find your way to being still or present with yourself, so let's have a chat.
