About Vy

I am a soul analyst, certified Reiki Master and the founder of Atlas Wellness Co (atlasofyou.net). Through my work, I help people decode their body, mind and spirit to unearth the root of everything they carry, physically and emotionally. Often what seems separated in our bodies and lives are much more interconnected than we realize. Until we address and treat the root cause, all efforts are simply band-aid solutions to cover up our complex wounds.

In our first session, I will provide an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of your wellbeing that encompasses: eastern astrology, chakra assessment, identifying physical and emotional symptoms and understanding your childhood and major life events you have experienced which have shaped you into who you are today.
An in-depth e-book will be written for you and sent as a digital format, something you can keep with you through the seasons of your life. In subsequent sessions, we work through rewiring your subconscious mind and patterns through holistic and targeted methods combining: reiki healing, EFT, customized sound healing frequencies, customised guided meditations, somatic movement suggestions and targeted lifestyle suggestions.
