About Devjani
Devjani comes with 23 years of extensive experience in learning and development. She has worked with individual and groups, with professional and students to enhance their personality and build confidence as a learning expert and coach.
As a coach her focus is to partner with her clients to overcome the psychological barriers and encourage them to stretch their limits. I believe in keeping the coaching approach simple. Its has THREE simple parts: using experiential tools, re-framing to a positive mindset and achieving the desired behavioral change.
