About Alvaro
I have extensive experience in competitive football, both 11-a-side and 7-a-side, including international championships with technical academies and managing top-flight teams in 11-a-side football here in Barcelona. Beyond my experience, I hold a UEFA A license, a CONMEBOL High-Performance Analyst Diploma, and a Master's degree in High-Performance Football from The Coaches Voices' Academy. I firmly believe in progress through discipline in football, especially at a young age, guiding players beyond the competitive limit to the enjoyment of the process.

Hello, I'm Álvaro, a coach specializing in technical football skills development for children and teenagers. My approach goes beyond traditional training: I focus primarily on the personalized technical and mental development of each player, helping them gain confidence, discipline, and a better understanding of the game from a young age. The sessions are designed to enhance key skills such as ball control and mastery, passing and accuracy, dribbling and ball control, coordination and agility, finishing, decision-making, tactical intelligence, and confidence on the field. I firmly believe that good training should combine challenge, motivation, and enjoyment, creating a positive environment where the student can grow as a player and as a person. I work with children of different levels, from beginners to players looking to refine their technique and competitive performance. I can also teach in several languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French (conversational level). Sessions can be conducted individually or in pairs, always adapting the content to the objectives and personality of each student. My goal is to help each player develop a solid technical foundation and a strong mentality to enjoy themselves and compete at the highest possible level. Each training session is professionally structured and tailored to the student's age, skill level, and goals. Sessions include: physical warm-up and coordination exercises, technical drills, specific technical work, speed and agility exercises, realistic game situations, and continuous progress monitoring.

Mi hijo pasó de hacer 5-8 goles por temporada a cerrar con 15 goles y 10 asistencias. La filosofía de Álvaro va más allá de los números: trabaja la lectura del juego, el posicionamiento y el juego colectivo de una manera que los jugadores jóvenes realmente entienden y aplican.
