About Pragya
I am Pragya, a holistic yoga teacher. I have been teaching yoga for more than 4 years. I have done 500 hrs ttc from USA Yoga Alliance. I prefer a holistic approach in my class.
My guidance can help improve flexibility, strength, balance, posture, and body mobility. It can also support better breathing, relaxation, focus, and stress management. Regular practice can help you feel more active, calm, and connected with your body.

My yoga classes are simple, gentle, and suitable for beginners as well as experienced students. Each class is planned according to your needs and comfort level.Suitable even for senior citizens.
Classes will include warm-up exercises, yoga poses (asanas), stretching, breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
The classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, posture, mobility, and relaxation.
You don’t need to be flexible or have any previous experience. Just come with an open mind and comfortable clothes, and we’ll practice together at your own pace.
