About Melanie
Training and certification Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher 200 (RYT 200) in Rishikesh in India, the world capital and the cradle of yoga. RYT 200 is the internationally recognized standard for teaching yoga. RYT 200 certified teacher of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Iyengar yoga practice from 2012 to 2014 in Amsterdam. I speak fluent French, English. Passion for yoga, travel, piano, ecology, caring parenting.

We discuss in advance to know your expectations, needs and possible pathologies in order to create a tailor-made session. The session begins with breathing to make yourself present to your body in its entirety and to anchor yourself in the moment. We continue with postures by taking the time in each posture to become aware of the energy that the asana releases in us. We end with the time of relaxation.
