About Nikhila
I hold an Honors degree and a post-graduate degree in English from Delhi University and Christ University, Bangalore, respectively. I developed a profound love for the English Language at the age of 12 when my English teacher introduced us to the world of reading books in English. Mastery of the English language has boosted my confidence, made it possible for me to find a diverse audience with whom I can share my writings and opinions and helped me to connect with people from diverse parts of the world. As a native of Kerala, I have often watched students struggle to convey their ideas and speak before an audience because of their lack of confidence in the English language. I wish to pass on to the younger generation what my English teacher had done for me 20 years ago- a love for the language.

My teaching strategy involves inculcating reading habits as the first step towards mastering the English language. I believe that language is an acquired skill, mastered with continuous engagement with the language. Students will be given basic lessons in grammar but the focus of the class will be on encouraging them to listen to audio materials in English, engage in conversations, and read and write in English.
The classes are intended for school and college-going individuals.
