About Gregg
I'm Gregg, a UBC-trained researcher and university instructor with a PhD in Neuromechanics and seven years of teaching experience at UBC and Capilano University. I've designed and taught full physiology and neuroscience courses — so I understand exactly where students get lost and how to get them unstuck.
My tutoring style is direct and conversational. I ask questions, find the gap, and rebuild from there. I don't believe in just handing you answers. I want you to actually understand the material, which makes exams a lot less stressful.
Whether you're in Kinesiology, Nursing, Biology, or a pre-med program, I'm here to help you build genuine confidence in the content.

I tailor my approach to every student, and am happy to work with students at any level. I can help you prepare for standardized exams that involve physiology (i.e. MCAT) or for courses in either high school or university.
