About Thomas
I have a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology and I currently live in Bali, Indonesia with my Balinese wife. I am skilled at teaching alternative methods toward mental health and wellness. I develop workshops and conferences on transformative education and experiential learning.

My teaching method is based on phenomenology and hermeneutics, which allows the student to become self-aware of their psyche and better understand the underlying mechanisms of their thoughts and feelings. I teach young adults and professionals self-awareness techniques and theories to transpersonal and positive psychology.
